Some nights plans go awry. Soccer practice runs late, your SUV breaks down while you’re taking kids to music lessons, or a friend calls at the end of her rope, sick. How do you save the day then?
It would sure be handy if we could save some of the extra food we were already buying & growing for the days it all goes sideways.
But food preservation is tricky, right? Canning is confusing and dangerous, or so we've been told.
